I think my husband knows that I prefer receiving letters than flowers. Nonetheless, he came home with half a dozen roses last night. Sweet.
He got them from an event he attended, which means he didn’t spend for it and I like that. I just don’t subscribe to buying flowers with over the top prices just to be romantic.
I’m just not that type, I guess.
