My biggest toy! Now nestled nicely near our dining table. No longer dusty, but needs a good tuning. I miss it. We spent a good number of years of serious rehearsals and informal performances.
It got hidden for a long time. I grew up and lost time for it. I regret getting my fingers rusty but it’s not too late. My boys are very fond of it. Tinkering just makes the whole house lighter and joyous regardless of what notes are struck.
The house just feels different when live music is playing. Different in a good way.
